The CRM SYNERGIES laboratory of analysis arranges, among others, an equipment of emission Spectrometry with a source of electrical excitation (electrical tipsy). It is an analytical technique that uses of the electromagnetic radiation emitted by a material sample, previously excited by electrical energy. It requires a great amount of energy to excite the majority of the samples, reason why the dissosciation of any chemical compound in its elements takes place.

The spectrography of emission by spark, is specially adapted for the identification of the elements contained in a sample.
In the determination of analysis of metals and metallic alloys, is possible the simultaneous determination of 31 elements present in this sample.

CRM SYNERGIES carries out analytical controls related to several aspects:

- Follow up and control of the production process: Samplings are realised in different phases that the production process crosses with the purpose of guarantee the quality ot the process. The analysis done to a finish item, are given to the customer, so they can verify the reliability of the product and trust in its result.
- Control of arrival of residues: Including in the procedure of the residues reception, a random sampling of the materials of the same composition is realised with the purpose of doing the correct separation and storage and realise an optimal management.
- Service of consultant for the customers: We have a service of consultant's office to the customers where through the analysis of a sample of its production, we can show them how to optimize it and indicate them if the results are within the RoHS Norm or from the specifications established for each alloy.
